Add all ingredients, including the lemon juice, to a food processor, except for the vegetable broth.
Set the food processor to high speed and let all ingredients blend together. Add broth as needed to make the hummus more creamy. If 1/4 is not enough, you can add a little bit more, but check the texture regularly.
Transfer the hummus to a container and refrigerate for a few hours to blend the flavors together.
Homemade hummus will keep in the fridge for about 4-5 days.
